A simple thing to support your warm up
LAYERS !! its still cold these early months of the year.
If your body temperature is low you will be stiff and restricted.
Clothing can be a huge component - dress appropriately with layers you can reduce as your temperature rises. it's tough to get moving well in shorts and t shirt shivering.
Layer up with a top layer (tracksuit bottoms and hoodie) - Ps The new Padel Directory hoodies are NEXT LEVEL
Then prep with a good warm up before you get on court, get moving and start to strip down, this can get you going better quicker and reduce the time needed to actually WARM UP.
