Hey all,
I played a tournament today and in the 4th game I got hit big with calf cramp. So it lead me to post about it.
on reflection the biggest components for it was - not enough nutrition and hydration at appropriate times
cramp is generally caused by dehydration and a lack of salts / electrolytes.
Felt a little ropey so skipped breakfast, so lack of enough food in that time frame meant the body wasn’t happy.
what’s everyone’s favourite electrolytes / nutrition strategies for cramp ???
