Padel Deputy Manager

Powerleague is expanding fast into the world of padel and we’re looking for people to support us on this journey.

We first launched padel courts at Powerleague Shoreditch in the summer of 2024 and we’re looking for a Padel Deputy Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to continue to build our growing community of padel players.

In this role you will, together with the team and Club Manager, be responsible for delivering a comprehensive padel programme – offering coaching, socials, corporate bookings and tournaments . You will put customer satisfaction at the heart of our club ensuring players and staff members have an excellent experience of padel. You’ll be the padel expert in the club, so you’ll need to work closely with your colleagues to ensure they are confident in providing excellent customer service to padel players.

Ideally you would be at least an LTA Level 2 qualified padel coach, but if you’ve got racket coaching experience and you’re in the process of getting your coaching qualifications then it’s worth applying.
