Who is this for?
- This is NOT for beginners playing their first match. This is aimed at players that know the rules, enjoy competing in friends or social groups and want to challenge themselves with a competitive tournament. For players between 2.0 - 4.0 on Playtomic rating.
What to Expect:
🎾 Competitive Matches: Show off your skills and battle it out for amazing prizes, ultimate bragging rights and a chance to lift the trophy.
🤝 Networking Opportunities: Meet like-minded padel lovers, build connections, and expand your social circle both on and off the court.
📚 Exhibition & Beat the Pros: See how your game matches up against the GB's best players.
🌟 Unmatched Vibes: Enjoy a festival-like atmosphere with music, food, and entertainment that celebrates the spirit of padel.
The format for the tournament will mean players will have at least 2 matches each day and potentially more depending on the draw size.
- Saturday will comprise of round robin format, with pairs playing everyone in their group.
- Sunday will be a knockout tournament with their starting positions dictated by their results on the previous day.
- The matches will be best of 3 sets, with a 10 point tiebreak at 1-1 in sets and golden point.
