Sam MacNeil

Sam MacNeil, a former competitive tennis player, has always been drawn to the tactical aspects of racquet sports and the transferability of skills between disciplines. In 2017, while studying and playing tennis in Scotland, he discovered padel. The sport's fast-paced, strategic nature immediately resonated with him, and he quickly fell in love. With increased opportunities to play and compete in London, he dedicated more time to honing his skills on the padel court. Drawing from his tennis background, his court coverage, shot selection, and mental game adapted well to padel, providing a solid foundation for improvement. Immersed in the London padel scene, Sam's passion for the sport has only grown. Competing more frequently, he has tested his abilities against other skilled players and has already won a Grade 1 tournament since we have started working with him.
